What AgenticLoan is

AgenticLoan is organizational software for mortgage borrowers. It helps you organize your lender search, track conversations, store documents, and compare loan offers in one workspace. AgenticLoan is not a mortgage broker, lender, or financial advisor. We do not provide personalized mortgage advice, recommend specific lenders, or help you complete or submit loan applications. You are responsible for your own decisions and for your dealings with lenders.

No mortgage advice

The platform does not provide personalized mortgage advice, lender recommendations, or loan application services. All tools and content are for organizational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed professional.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you provide. We do not share your information with lenders or third parties for marketing or lead generation without your express indication of permission. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use AgenticLoan for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the platform, resell or commercially exploit platform data, use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or use it in a way that harms the service or others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe use violates these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and all content are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgenticLoan and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have paid nothing).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after the posted date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability
