Privacy Policy

AgenticLoan is organizational software for mortgage borrowers. This policy describes our data practices as of the date above. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share it with lenders, without your express indication of permission. This document is for informational purposes; your rights may also be governed by applicable law. Use of the service is also governed by our Terms of Service.

What we collect

• Account information: Email address and, if you provide it, your name. We use an authentication provider (e.g., email magic link or Google OAuth) to sign you in. We do not store your password.
• Onboarding survey: Answers you give during onboarding (e.g., property type, zip code, loan size). We use this to tailor your experience and to show you lenders that may operate in your state.
• Workspace data: Lender statuses and quote data you enter (e.g., interest rate, APR, closing costs). We store it so you can track and compare offers.

How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve the workspace: to maintain your profile, lender list, quotes, and preferences. We do not sell your data to third parties without your express indication of permission. We do not share your data with lenders without your express indication of permission. We do not use it to recommend or steer you toward any lender.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication (so you can stay signed in). To our knowledge, we do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other sites.

Data location and security

Data is stored and processed in the United States. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse; we do not guarantee absolute security.

Third-party services

As of the date of this policy, we use Supabase for database and authentication, Google for optional sign-in (OAuth), and Resend for email delivery (e.g., password reset). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not give your data to lenders or other third parties for marketing or lead generation without your express indication of permission.

Your rights: access and deletion

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or deletion of your account and associated data, by emailing support@agenticloan.ai. We will process requests in accordance with applicable law and our then-current data retention and security practices. We aim to respond to such requests within 30 days where practicable.

Children

The service is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at support@agenticloan.ai.

California residents (CCPA)

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies, California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, and the right to request deletion of personal information. To submit a request, contact us at support@agenticloan.ai.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after the posted date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
